1.应用固体MAS NMR技术研究与人类疾病相关的生物大分子(包括膜蛋白和纤维蛋白)的结构、动力学和功能,为药物设计提供新思路和实验数据。
2.发展应用于膜蛋白结构和动力学研究的新的固体MAS NMR脉冲序列。
